Please submit returns by CONTACTING us prior to shipping anything back, to obtain a return authorization.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
No refund, exchange, credit or replacement will be made on orders 30 days after customers receipt of order (excluding defective items).
It may take up to 15 days for us to process your refund after receiving your return.
Refund checks or any other checks issued by eShopping From Home which are not cashed within 90 days of issue are null and void and will not be re-issued.
Mis-shipped items and clothing defects must be reported to us within 5 days from receipt.
Please take time to immediately and carefully inspect all shipments to ensure that sizes, colors, and styles you received are correct, and that there are no obvious manufacturer's defects.
Items (which are not defective or mis-shipped) can only be returned for refund within 30 days from receipt of order and will be charged a 20-50% restocking fee, less shipping charges. Items not in their original "factory" packaging may be non-returnable or will incur an additional re-packaging fee.
If you are not familiar with an item or sizes, we suggest that you compare products at your local sporting goods store, before you purchase on-line.
Returning Shoes: The shoe box itself CAN NOT be used as a return shipping box, as it gets damaged and makes it necessary to replace the box, which is expensive. Shoe boxes MUST be packed inside another box or an additional $10 re-packaging fee will be deducted from any refund due.
Returning Goals: No refund will be given for Goals returned without an RA, and some goals may not be returned at all. Goals may only be returned for a partial refund (except mis-shipped goals) within 5 days from receipt of order and will be charged a 50% restocking fee, less original shipping charges and purchaser is responsible for all return shipping fees.
Goals Damaged in Transit: Goals damaged during shipping to customer must be reported to eShopping From Home within 5 days of receipt and purchaser may be required to provide proof of damage via digital or film image, or by damage noted and signed by the delivery driver. All replacements and/refunds are at the sole discretion of eShopping From Home.
Refusal of Shipment: If an order is refused, the customer will be charged a 50% restocking fee, plus the outgoing and return shipping charges.
Exchange Policy: Most Brands will allow you to exchange unused items for the same quantity or dollar amount of like items within 5 days of receipt. However you will be required to pay the return postage of the items back to us and the shipping of the new items from us, to you, and some brands may charge a restocking fee.
Returning Items: No products can be returned without a Return Authorization Number (RA#) supplied by eShopping From Home. To obtain a RA#, submit a return request ONLINE. The RMA number must appear on all packages being returned and ALL returns must be shipped PREPAID, Collect items will be refused. When returning items, please send them via UPS or insured parcel post, we are not responsible for returned items which we do not receive.
eShopping From Home reserves the right to refund or replace damaged or defective items.
